Seats are not numbered and are on a first come first served basis. General admission usually opens 40mins prior to the advertised start time and we request that you occupy your seats at least 15mins before the performance is due to start. If you purchase your ticket via our official website, you will be sent an e-mail with your ticket(s). You need to print this or show it on your smartphone for entry. As long as you have the barcode available to scan then you can proceed straight to the circus big top “General Admission” queue and do not need to go to the ticket office first.
LIMITED AVAILABILITY – For an additional charge of £3 per ticket, you can by-pass the queue to enter the circus big top. This means that you will be one of the first to enter and can pick the premium seats first*
PLEASE NOTE – General admission usually opens 40mins prior to the advertised start time and customers with fast track entry will usually be admitted 45mins prior to the performance start time. If you arrive later than 40mins prior to the performance, you can still by-pass the general admission queue by joining the fast track entry queue.

LIMITED AVAILIBILITY – If you want to add some luxury to your day then book one of our new VIP CHAMPAGNE BOXES. Each box seats up to four people in our reserved premium seats and includes a bottle of champagne, four non-alcoholic beverages, a box of chocolates, a family sized portion of popcorn and fast track entry. On arrival, please join the “FAST TRACK ENTRY” queue. Admission usually opens 45mins prior to the advertised start time. We politely ask that VIP CHAMPAGNE BOX ticket holders arrive at least 15mins prior to the advertised start time.
