Who needs a ticket?
Everybody aged two years old and above requires a ticket to enter the circus big top. Children under two years old are admitted free of charge provided that they sit on a parent or guardians lap and do not occupy a seat.
Do I need to print my tickets?
If you have purchased your tickets through the official Circus Zyair website then the tickets can be printed or presented on a smartphone. Your tickets will clearly state “This is your ticket”
If you have purchased tickets through any other third party website then the vouchers and any associated booking confirmations MUST be printed and presented at the circus ticket office. Failure to do this may result in entry being denied or extra charges.
Are seats numbered?
Seats are not numbered and are on a first come, first served basis. If you want to guarantee yourselves a front row seat then we recommend purchasing the fast track entry option or a VIP Champagne Box.
Where do I go when I arrive?
If you have purchased your tickets through www.circus-zyair.co.uk then you can go straight to the circus big top as long as you have your barcode available for scanning upon arrival. If you have a ticket purchased from another website or need to exchange a voucher for a ticket then you must go to the circus ticket office first.
When do the doors open?
Fast track entry usually opens 45mins prior to the advertised start time and general admission usually opens 40mins prior to the advertised start time. If the shows are close together (ie 5pm & 7.30pm) then the doors for the 7.30pm show will not open until the 5pm show has finished.
Can you buy tickets at the venue?
Limited tickets are usually available to buy at the venue. The on-site ticket office opens 1 hour before each performance.
Can pushchairs be taken inside?
Fire regulations prohibit prams and pushchairs from being taken into the circus big top. There is a small area to leave them in the foyer at your own risk.
Do I need to let you know if I am in a wheelchair?
When you purchase your tickets online, please select how many wheelchair users are in your group. This will help us to arrange enough wheelchair spaces at each performance. Please note that wheelchair spaces are limited, and we may not be able to seat other members of the booking with the wheelchair.
Do you offer discounts for carers or concession tickets?
We offer a PA ticketing scheme to provide disabled visitors who require assistance with an additional ticket for a partner, accompanying friend or personal assistant. To apply for a PA ticket, first please purchase your ticket(s), DO NOT purchase a ticket for your PA as this will be allocated upon a successful application. Once you have purchased your ticket please fill out this application form.
The form must be received at least 5 working days before your visit. Along with the application form, we kindly ask that current documentation is included to support your request. You will also need to provide the name of your PA prior to the event.
If your application is successful a special code will be emailed to you. Each application is assessed on a case by case basis.
How long is the performance?
The show last about one hour and 45mins including a short interval.
Can food and drink be taken inside?
Only food and drink purchased on site can be consumed inside the circus big top. A circus café selling hot and cold drinks, hot dogs, burgers, chips, candy floss and popcorn is open throughout the performance.
Do you accept credit & debit cards?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted at the circus ticket office and at the circus café. Cash back is also available at no charge.
Can children be unaccompanied?
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by somebody aged 16 years or above.
Does the circus continue in bad weather?
The circus big top is centrally heated. We do recommend sensible footwear if there has been heavy rainfall.
Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
Once tickets are purchased, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If you wish to amend your booking to a different performance, then you can do this at the circus ticket office by paying a £1 surcharge per person. This is subject to availability.
Do I need to print my tickets?
If you have purchased your tickets through www.circus-zyair.co.uk then you can show the tickets on your smartphone or print them out. You must have the barcode available for scanning. If you are showing tickets on your smartphone then we recommend that you take a screenshot in case there is no internet signal.
What do I do if I haven’t received my tickets via e-mail?
Please take your booking reference number to the circus ticket office upon arrival and the staff will be able to assist you.
Is there car parking on site?
This varies from venue to venue and information is available on our home page.
Are there any flashing lights?
Flashing lights and lasers are used throughout the performance as well as dry ice.
Can we take videos and photos?
We encourage you to take as many photographs and videos of the show and share them with your friends on social media. Don’t forget to check us out on facebook and share them with us as well! www.facebook.com/circuszyair
Can we run away and join the circus?
