Who needs a ticket?

Everybody aged two years old and above requires a ticket to enter the circus big top. Munchkins under two years old are admitted free of charge provided that they sit on a parent or guardians lap and do not occupy a seat.

Do I need to print my tickets?

If you have purchased your tickets through the official Circus Zyair website then the tickets can be printed or presented on a smartphone. Your tickets will clearly state “This is your ticket”

If you have purchased tickets through any other third party website then the vouchers and any associated booking confirmations MUST be printed and presented at the circus ticket office. Failure to do this may result in entry being denied or extra charges.

What is the FLEXI ticket insurance option?

For an additional charge of £3 per booking, you can add the FLEXI ticket insurance option. This allows unlimited changes to your chosen showtime (at the same venue, subject to availability)

If you wish to change your booking then forward your current tickets to info@circus-zyair.co.uk with the subject “FLEXI TICKET INSURANCE” and which performance you wish to change your tickets to. New tickets will be issued and e-mailed to you.


Are seats numbered?

Seats will be allocated on arrival to comply with social distancing.

Where do I go when I arrive?

When do the doors open?

Doors will open 45 mins prior to the performance time

Can you buy tickets at the venue?

Currently you can only buy tickets in advance at www.zyair.co.uk

Can pushchairs be taken inside?

Fire regulations prohibit prams and pushchairs from being taken into the circus big top. There is a small area to leave them in the foyer at your own risk.

Do I need to let you know if I am in a wheelchair?

When you purchase your tickets online, please select how many wheelchair users are in your group. This will help us to arrange enough wheelchair spaces at each performance. Please note that wheelchair spaces are limited, and we may not be able to seat other members of the booking with the wheelchair.

How long is the performance?

The show is 90mins with a short interval

Can food and drink be taken inside?

Only food and drink purchased on site can be consumed inside the circus big top. A circus café selling hot and cold drinks, hot dogs, burgers, chips, candy floss and popcorn is open throughout the performance.

Do you accept credit & debit cards?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted at the circus ticket office and at the circus café. Cash back is also available at no charge.

Can children be unaccompanied?

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by somebody aged 16 years or above.

Does the circus continue in bad weather?

The circus big top is centrally heated. We do recommend sensible footwear if there has been heavy rainfall.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?

Once tickets are purchased, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If you have added the FLEXI ticket option at the time of purchase then you can amend your tickets to a different performance (for tickets of the same value, at the same venue, subject to availability) at no extra cost. If you have not added the FLEXI option and wish to amend your tickets to a different performance then this may be possible at the on site circus ticket office for a £3 surcharge PER PERSON. This is subject to availability.

Do I need to print my tickets?

If you have purchased your tickets through www.circus-zyair.co.uk then you can show the tickets on your smartphone or print them out. You must have the barcode available for scanning. If you are showing tickets on your smartphone then we recommend that you take a screenshot in case there is no internet signal.

What do I do if I haven’t received my tickets via e-mail?

Is there car parking on site?

This varies from venue to venue and information is available on our home page.

Are there any flashing lights?

Flashing lights and lasers are used throughout the performance as well as dry ice.

Can we take videos and photos?

We encourage you to take as many photographs and videos of the show and share them with your friends on social media. Don’t forget to check us out on facebook and share them with us as well! www.facebook.com/circuszyair

Please note that you agree to share the copyright of any photos or videos that are taken with the Circus Zyair management and that the re sale and profiting of images is not permitted and would be considered a breach of copyright.

Can we run away and join the circus?
